Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional for the 2nd shift to supervise residents in a 42-bed treatment facility. You will build professional relationships, monitor behaviors, support treatment goals, respond to emergencies, and assist with daily activities and life skills groups.

Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting urine analyses, meal preparation, transportation, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background and medical clearances.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Preferred experience in behavioral health or related fields.
• Training such as DHS 83 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residents in a 42-bed facility.
• Model professional behavior and reinforce treatment goals.
• Monitor resident behaviors and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications as required and facilitate activities.
• Lead daily life skills groups and coordinate transportation.
• Conduct urine analyses and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend meetings and trainings and perform additional duties as needed.

Build professional relationships, monitor resident behaviors, support treatment goals, respond to emergencies, administer medications, and facilitate daily activities and life skills groups.

Conduct observed urine analyses, assist with meal prep, transportation, and maintain confidentiality.

Attend meetings and trainings, and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and medical clearances, and strong communication skills.

Preferred experience in behavioral health or related fields, and relevant training such as DHS 83.

Skills & Requirements: Ability to maintain professional boundaries, problem-solve, work as part of a team, and handle physical activities in a residential setting.

Must be able to pass background checks and medical screenings.
