Job summary

You will observe, document, and report resident behaviors, support residents in achieving treatment goals, respond to emergencies, monitor medications, and help with daily activities while upholding confidentiality and program policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background and medical clearances

Preferred:

experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework, or DHS 83 training.

This full-time, 2nd shift position requires standing, walking, and outdoor activities, with occasional local travel. The role emphasizes creating a safe, recovery-focused environment while adhering to program policies.
