Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional on 2nd shift to supervise, support, and positively role model for residents in a substance use treatment facility.

You will build relationships, monitor behaviors, assist with daily activities, respond to emergencies, and support treatment goals while maintaining confidentiality and safety protocols. Evening and some weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and medical clearances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents and monitor behaviors.
• Support treatment goals and respond to emergencies.
• Administer medications and collect urine samples as needed.
• Facilitate groups and assist with daily activities (meal prep and transportation).
