Job summary

Allies Inc. is seeking compassionate residential staff to support individuals with disabilities in the Woods System of Care in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

You will work in home and community settings, following treatment plans and protocols, and responding to crises with professional communication. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma plus experience in direct care, with a flexible schedule and commitment to safety and dignity of all

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of direct care experience or a High School Diploma.
• Experience in behavioral health or supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and respond to crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Works assigned shift and may cover other shifts as directed by management.
• Provide community integration through focused recreational activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and program operations with respect and dignity.
• Direct supervision of youth, including 1:1 as needed, staying alert and engaged.
• Monitor medications and document administration according to procedures.
• Ensure daily program schedule and behavior support interventions are properly documented.
• Complete required documentation and data records in a timely manner.
• Participate in residential training and staff meetings as required.
• Support positive interactions between individuals, families, and community partners.
