Job summary

Woods Services in Langhorne, PA is seeking Behavior Support Staff to provide compassionate care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based group home. You will implement behavior-based interventions, supervise residents, and support daily living skills.

Candidates may hold a High School diploma or GED, with higher degrees welcomed. Depending on the role level, Associates or Bachelor’s degrees in Human Services are required, plus relevant

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of residential/behavioral health care experience with interventions and de-escalation.
• Associates Degree required; 1 year experience in residential/behavioral health care with interventions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required; 1 year experience in residential and/or behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior-based interventions to support therapeutic milieu.
• Ensure client safety and well-being with ISP-guided supervision.
• Assist with developing and implementing individual treatment goals.
• Document client progress and incidents in care records.
• Provide training and support as part of the interdisciplinary team.
