Allies Inc. in New Jersey seeks a Community Support Staff member to help individuals with developmental disabilities develop life skills in a residential setting. You will support health, safety, and welfare in collaboration with Allies Inc.

Position requires a high school diploma, English communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation includes health benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, reach, be agile, and stand for long periods.
• Read, write and verbally communicate in English; respond to needs.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with daily living skills with respect and dignity.
• Administers medication and documents it per procedures.
• Completes ISP-related training and documentation.
• Maintains in-house documentation including vehicle logs and MAIR.
• Attends training and crisis management sessions.
• Transports individuals to appointments and activities.
