Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Good oral and written English skills.
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and welfare of residents and upkeep of the house.
• Maintain house, vehicle, appliances and equipment in good condition.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and shift coverage.
• Supervise meals, housekeeping, personal care and daily living activities.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Complete quarterly and monthly reports and required paperwork.
