Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Residential Counselor to join our compassionate team in providing person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. You will work to foster independence, relationships, and community participation in a respectful, collaborative environment.

The role combines supervision, coaching, and companionship, with shifts Saturday 2pm-10pm and Sunday 8am-10pm, and a pay rate of $20.60/hr.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Help residents develop daily living skills, independence, and self-determination.
• Offer supervision, coaching, and companionship to residents.
• Support residents in participating in community activities, work, and volunteer opportunities.
