Riverside Community Care is seeking a Residential Counselor to support individuals with disabilities in community-based housing. You will work as part of a team to provide daily living assistance, coaching and companionship, helping residents learn, grow and participate in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or care settings preferred.
• Ability to interact respectfully with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
