Riverside Community Care is hiring a Residential Counselor to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury. You’ll provide person-centered supports, coaching, and companionship to help residents gain independence and participate in community life.

The role emphasizes respect for each person’s uniqueness, skill-building, and opportunities to explore new interests, with a schedule that includes daytime shifts and a competitive hourly rate.
