This role requires a valid Arizona driver's license, a clean driving record and being 21 or older. You will assist with transportation, daily living tasks, meal planning, budgeting, and documentation, and you must be able to

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computer proficiently.
• Ability to work with individuals in service and team members.
