Job summary

Tucsonres is seeking a Residential Mentor to support individuals in our care. You will provide direct supervision, assist with daily living skills, and ensure safety in the residence using approved plans.

The role requires a valid Arizona driver’s license, clean driving record, effective communication, and reliable computer skills. You will collaborate with the Program Supervisor and care team to implement objectives and document progress. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Current valid Arizona Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficient with using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide active direct physical assistance, supervision and behavioral support.
• Ensure safety and conduct activities per the agency plan.
• Be honest and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Support individuals served in planning and participating in social, recreational, and educational activities.
• Assist with meal planning, budgeting, and personal hygiene tasks.
