Job summary

Tucsonres is seeking a Residential Mentor to provide direct support, supervision, and behavioral guidance to individuals in our programs in Tucson. The role requires a valid Arizona driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals served and staff.

Responsibilities include assisting in activity planning, maintaining privacy, monitoring welfare, and supporting social, recreational, and educational activities while upholding safety standards and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Arizona driver's license.
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals served and team members in verbal and written form.
• Ability to use a computer proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide active direct physical assistance, supervision and behavioral support to individuals served in Agency programs.
• Demonstrate safe workplace behavior as defined by Agency workplace safety plan.
• Be honest.
