Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide positive emotional support and supervision to residents.
• Assist residents to reach goals and develop independent living skills.
• Encourage health maintenance including hygiene, diet, exercise and coping strategies.
• Support residents to increase social contact and access community resources.
• Facilitate administration of medications and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate effectively as a member of a care team.
