Qualificações

• MHRT-I state certification or eligibility and completion within the first year of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide positive emotional support and supervision to residents.
• Assist individuals to reach goals and improve skills for independent living.
• Encourage residents to maintain health status through hygiene, diet, exercise, rest and coping strategies.
• Support residents’ social contact, vocational development and access to community resources.
• Facilitate administration of medications and complete required documentation.
• Work collaboratively as a team member.
• Ensure quality in work to deliver quality services.
• Follow Sweetser health and safety policies.
• Align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
