Sweetser in Belfast, ME is seeking a Residential Support Counselor to join the Adult PNMI team. You will support individuals with mental illness and help develop independent living skills in a recovery-focused environment.

This full-time role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $19.00. The schedule is Sunday–Tuesday, 9:30am–9:30pm, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• MHRT-1 certification upon hire or within 60 days.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist residents in achieving independent living goals.
• Support health and safety through daily routines.
• Engage in team meetings and care planning.
