Job summary

Easterseals NH in Concord, NH is hiring a Residential Support Counselor to join a compassionate team. This part-time role provides essential support to three adult women in a residential home, promoting independence, safety, and companionship.

The schedule includes Fridays 3p-11p and Saturdays 7a-11p with a $24 hourly rate. You will assist with daily living activities, medication administration, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation to activities, following each individual’s care plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience in human services.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support independence and provide companionship in a residential home.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Accompany clients to daily activities and appointments.
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities.
• Complete required daily documentation.
