Job summary

Rise Inc in the United States seeks a Residential Coordinator to assist the Assistant Director and supervise Direct Support Professionals in Supported Living settings. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and person-centered service for participants.

You will manage weekly schedules, coordinate appointments and transportation, and document activities in electronic health records while supporting on-call emergencies and staff training, traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or the ability to pass a competency test is required.
• 1 year experience working in a supported living program.
• 2 years experience supervising staff (preferred).
• Experience with electronic health record documentation (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
• Assistance with Medication Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with all governing bodies.
• Attend, assist and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate schedules.
• Coordinate appointments, paperwork, and transportation as needed.
• Assist with the emergency/on call supported living phone.
• Ensure respectful, ethical, and professional interactions.
• Maintain necessary records, logs, and documentation.
