Job summary

Community Support Programs, Inc. is seeking staff to help individuals who've experienced homelessness build stability and independence.

The role provides onsite support and oversight across REACH II and Crossroads II programs, with a focus on safety, crisis response, and client autonomy. The team emphasizes trauma-informed practice, clear documentation, and collaboration with program staff to sustain continuity of care across two nearby facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Sound judgment and ability to remain calm during crises.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work across two nearby residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support and oversight across REACH II and Crossroads II programs.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and help maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to client needs and crises using trauma-informed and de‑escalation approaches.
• Support client autonomy, self-determination, and independent living.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Communicate with program staff and Division Directors to ensure continuity of care.
