Job summary

Community Support Programs, Inc. is seeking a compassionate professional to help individuals who have experienced homelessness build stability and independence. You will support participant-led goals and provide case management to change lives.

This role offers on-the-job training, professional development, and a generous benefits package, including health and dental insurance, PTO, and family-friendly policies. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service field or at least five years of direct care experience in human services.
• Knowledge of entitlements and social services; experience with our targeted population preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance required.
