Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions is seeking a Residential Supervisor / Cottage Supervisor to oversee daily cottage operations and support the Residential Director with admissions and onboarding of Adolescent Treatment Workers. You will supervise direct care, train ATWs, and ensure regulatory compliance across shifts.

The role requires experience in youth treatment settings, supervisory history, and a commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed care for youth and families.

Formación

• Two years of college or a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• One year of work experience with vulnerable at-risk youth.
• Three years plus experience in youth treatment setting and two years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily cottage operations and assist Residential Director with admissions, scheduling, and onboarding of ATWs.
• Supervise direct care for residents and perform duties of Adolescent Treatment Workers (ATWs).
• Provide training and regular supervision of ATWs across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to department functions.
