Job summary

Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions is seeking a Residential Supervisor/Cottage Supervisor in California, Kentucky. The role oversees cottage operations, supports admissions and scheduling of Adolescent Treatment Workers, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or a high school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years plus experience in youth treatment settings and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cottage operations and assist with admissions, scheduling, and onboarding of ATWs.
• Provide training and regular supervision of ATWs across all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations relating to department functions.
• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet youths’ holistic needs.
