Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions is seeking a Residential Supervisor/Cottage Supervisor in California, KY. This full‑time role leads daily cottage operations and supports the Residential Director in admissions, scheduling, and staff supervision.

You will supervise Adolescent Treatment Workers, ensure licensing ratios, and coordinate with case managers and therapists to meet each youth’s holistic needs. A compassionate, team‑oriented professional with supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of college or a high school diploma/GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• One year of work experience with vulnerable at‑risk youth.
• Three (3) years plus experience working in a youth treatment setting and two (2) years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cottage operations and assist the Residential Director.
• Supervise Adolescent Treatment Workers across all shifts.
• Train staff and provide regular supervision.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and program policies.
• Maintain staff ratios per licensing and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to address youth needs.
• Plan activities and manage receipts.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
