Job summary

Community Services Group in York, PA seeks an Assistant Program Director to assist with program management and daily operations of Adult Mental Health Services ECRR. The role reports to the Program Director and supports staff oversight, training, and data monitoring.

The APD will help recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and handle program planning, incident management, and emergency coverage. Flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline, 2 years in mental health/IDD, and at least 1 year supervision.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors program and employee compliance to all company policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supervises, trains, and oversees performance management of program staff.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
• Develops educational materials and presents training on program aspects; provides technical assistance to staff.
• Ensures development and implementation of individual program plans and activities.
• Reviews financial documentation/billing and conducts on-site audits of funds.
• Serves as team leader for staff interdisciplinary meetings and directs daily operations including incident management.
• Fulfills duties of Program Director in acting capacity when needed.
• Assists in data collection and analysis to monitor goals; provides emergency coverage.

The APD reports directly to the Program Director.This position is part of our Adult Mental Health Services Enhanced Community Residential Rehabilitation (ECRR) Program.Starting wage is 50,500 dependent on experience.This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday typically day hours, but requires flexibility to meet the needs of the individuals and program**Wage Information:**Starting salary- $50,500, dependent on experience**Job Description:*** Monitors program and employee compliance to all company policies and procedures and all regulatory standards.* Supervises, trains, and oversees the performance management of program employees.
