Sevita is seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for individuals in our residential program. You will coordinate staff schedules, oversee onboarding and training, and ensure high-quality services while maintaining relationships with families and case managers.

Our team values safety, compassion, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with salary base ranging from $48,000 to $53,000 plus incentives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or 2+ years of progressive, direct work experience.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum 1 year in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships and a compassionate approach.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited university / college, or a minimum of 2 years of progressive, direct work experience.
• 7 years of progressive, direct work experience in human services or the medical field will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree
• Valid driver's license for a minimum 1 year in good standing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
