Job summary

Sevita seeks a Residential Supervisor to oversee two adolescent behavioral homes in Bloomington, IL. The role supports individuals, coordinates care, and ensures regulatory compliance on a Monday–Friday 3 pm–11 pm schedule with on-call weekends. Salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, with full benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, onboarding, hiring input, and maintaining family and case-manager relationships while ensuring safety and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance may be required.
• State licensure as required by the state.

• Coordinate, supervise, and schedule Direct Care Staff and oversee daily program operation.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Provide input on hiring, corrective action, and evaluations.
• Foster positive relations with case managers, families, and guardians.
• Monitor safety and ensure living environments meet regulatory requirements.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Residential Supervisor

Salary: $40,000 - $50,000

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm, with on-call responsibilities every 3rd weekend.

This position oversees 2 adolescent behavioral homes.

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support, including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
• One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Other education and experience as required by state
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Current CPR and First Aid; valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
