Job summary

NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Residential Group Home Supervisor in Windham, ME to supervise daily activities, coordinate care plans, and ensure programs run smoothly for individuals served. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, onboarding and training, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with families.

A Bachelor’s in Human Services or equivalent experience is required, plus a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments.

• Maintain relationships with families and guardians, and implement satisfaction plans.
• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance in living environments.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. Residential Group Home Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited university / college, or a minimum of 2 years of progressive, direct work experience.
• 7 years of progressive, direct work experience in human services or the medical field will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree
• Valid driver's license for a minimum 1 year in good standing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
