Job summary

Sevita's ResCare Community Living in Ohio seeks a Supervisor Residential to supervise day-to-day activities for individuals receiving support, coordinate care, and oversee direct care staff.

You will ensure onboarding and training, participate in hiring decisions, maintain relationships with families and case managers, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
• One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR and First Aid; valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable attitude and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.

• Maintain relationships with families and guardians; implement satisfaction plans.
• Monitor comfort and safety; ensure living environments and activities comply with regulations.

• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program

• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care

• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
