Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a Supervisor Residential to oversee daily activities, coordinate care, and ensure program quality for individuals receiving support in Kentucky.

You will supervise Direct Care Staff, lead onboarding and training, engage with families and case managers, and ensure regulatory compliance in living environments. This role offers full-time schedules with benefits and opportunities to grow within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Effective communication to manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.

• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input on hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.

• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Supervisor Residential

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
• One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Other education and experience as required by state
• Current CPR and First Aid Valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
