Job summary

Highland Behavioral Health in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a compassionate Zone Residential Supervisor to lead our residential team. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of mental health or behavioral health experience is required.
• Previous lead, senior, or supervisory experience in residential care is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
• Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, OSHA, and Community Care Licensing requirements preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must pass required background checks and health screening.
