Job summary

Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a Zone / Multi-Site Administrator to lead operations across multiple residential care facilities within our network.

Ideal candidates have ARF/RCFE admin certification and strong experience with Title 22 compliance, budgeting, and team development. A California driver license is required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• ARF/RCFE Administrator Certification required.
• Experience managing residential care facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of Title 22 and Community Care Licensing requirements.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
