Job summary

Highland Behavioral Health in California is seeking a Zone Residential Supervisor to provide leadership and support within our residential facilities. You will guide Residential Caregivers, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of mental health or behavioral health experience required.
• Previous lead, senior, or supervisory experience in residential care preferred.
• Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, OSHA, and Community Care Licensing requirements preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must pass required background checks and health screening.
