Job summary

Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Residential Supervisor to lead Residential Caregivers and support daily operations in our residential facilities.

The role requires at least 1 year of mental/behavioral health experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and compliance with Title 22, HIPAA, and safety standards. A 21+ age, CPR/First Aid cert, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of mental health or behavioral health experience required.
• Previous lead, senior, or supervisory experience in residential care preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Title 22, HIPAA, OSHA, and Community Care Licensing requirements preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must pass required background checks and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to Residential Caregivers.
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Oversee daily residential operations and shift-level supervision.
• Provide care and supervision to residents in accordance with Title 22.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Oversee medication room operations and medication procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health.
• Assist with treatment plans and coordination of resident services.
• Ensure proper documentation, safety, and compliance.
• Assist with cooking, housekeeping, activities, and other facility needs as assigned.
