Job summary

Filling Home in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a Residential Supervisor for the 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift. This full-time role oversees Direct Support Professionals, coordinates resident care, and ensures safety and quality services in the Main Campus 4300/4400 area.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, good communication, and reliability. Candidates should be able to drive company vehicles and may be asked to participate in occasional meetings or flexible hours.

• Must be able to drive Filling Home Vehicles
• Must be willing to swim with residents, as needed

Responsibilities

• Assigns responsibilities for resident care and IHP programs to all Direct Support Professional staff.
• Orients, supervises and evaluates work performance and other personnel issues of all Direct Support staff.
• Schedules DSPs within the assigned living unit to ensure resident safety, supervision and quality services.
• Assists the QIDP in monitoring IHP goals, programs and related services.
• Review and monitor documentation on Care Tracker.
• Will work under the supervision of the QIDPs and Amy Krassow, Director of ICF Services.

Shift:2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) Full time, 80 hours per pay period. Also expected to work a flexible full-time position that may require varying working hours to attend occasional meetings.
