Northeast Arc is looking for a Residential Supervisor to oversee operations of residential homes. This role includes supervising Program Directors, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to the strategic direction of the Residential Division.
The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA with three years of experience in human services or an MS/MA with two years. Skills in communication, organization, and Microsoft Office are essential. The pay is $39/hr.
As a Residential Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential homes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. You will provide supervision to Program Directors, support program development, and contribute to the strategic direction of our Residential Division.
Oversees the daily operations of assigned residential homes ensuring comprehensive, efficient and effective clinical and programmatic services to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Provides supervision to Program Directors, Program Development and assists in the overall strategic direction of the Residential Division.
BS/BA and minimum of three years human service experience or MS/MA and two years Human Services Experience. Additional education and training preferred. Prior experience supervising professionals and teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret and implement regulations/policies. Proven interpersonal skills to interact effectively with coworkers, employees, individuals, families and outside contacts. Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality. Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong computer skills. Ability to maintain certifications as required, including but not exclusive to: First Aid, CPR, MAPs, Vehicle Safety, Human Rights, and Fire Safety. A Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation is required.
Must be able to work at a desk/computer in an office environment.
Predominantly office-based, with time spent on the computer and sitting at a desk. At times, working in community settings with individuals in their homes and with their support staff.
Monday through Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay: $39/hr.
