Northeast Arc is seeking a Residential Supervisor in Danvers, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple residential homes for adults with disabilities, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing support to Program Directors.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least three years of human service experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing programs, and conducting quality assessments to promote positive living environments for individuals served.
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
The approximate pay range for this role $86,320 - $87,568 annually.

As a Residential Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple residential homes for adults living with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and complex medical needs. The Residential Supervisor will ensure that our services meet the highest standards and ensure that individuals receiving services are progressing towards their goals. You will provide supervision to Program Directors, support program development, and contribute to the strategic direction of our Residential Division.
