Job summary

Social Science Services Inc. dba Cedar House Life Change Center in California seeks a residential program support role to assist in providing services and coordinating care.

The position operates under supervision to improve client outcomes while maintaining strict confidentiality and high ethical standards. The role involves caseload management, documentation, and collaboration with treatment teams to ensure program efficiency and client care.

Qualifications

• Be certified upon hire under an accredited drug and alcohol certification program (CAADE/CADTP/CCAPP).
• Be registered upon hire under an accredited drug and alcohol certification program (CAADE/CADTP/CCAPP).
• At least 1 year of experience in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of no more than 12 beneficiaries.
• Provide and update documentation for the residential program and client purposes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to assess needs.
• Safeguard residents’ and visitors’ welfare at all times.
• Facilitate Core Process Group (Clinical) with a caseload.
• Communicate with outside county representatives.
• Assess and document care coordination in HER.
• Coordinate and document individual services.
• Maintain timely and reliable attendance.
• Provide quality service per Cedar House requirements.
