Candidates with experience in steel, wood, and concrete are preferred, with added consideration for mechanicals/HVAC collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years structural design experience in the building design industry.
• Experience with wood-framed construction.
• Familiarity with building codes is a plus.
• Understanding of building envelope requirements.
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with Architects, Builders, and Owners.
• Strong organization and time management skills which includes the ability to multi-task and run multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to work long days and weekends as required.
