Responsibilities

• Provide daily living and life skills support to residents.
• Assist residents with weekly program schedules and activities.
• Maintain safety and security of residents and facility.
• Develop and implement Individual Recovery Plans for residents.
• Document assessments and observations for the treatment team.
• Supervise residents during self-medication.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.
