Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist to join our team across multiple PA locations, including Carnegie, Coraopolis, Greentree, North Hills, and Wexford. This full-time role offers $17/hr plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus and DailyPay availability.

No experience required. Paid training provided. You will deliver personal care, foster independence, and support meaningful community activities while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living activities.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals, building independence, and participating in meaningful community activities.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, emotional support, and person-centered care that promotes dignity and respect.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Specialist, you will:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living activities.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals, building independence, and participating in meaningful community activities.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
• Ability to provide physical assistance and hands-on support when necessary
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
