Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide compassionate direct care in a residential setting across Granville, Huntingdon, Lewistown, McVeytown and Reedsville. The role offers full-time hours with a $17/hour wage and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus DailyPay availability.

No experience is required; paid training is provided and opportunities for career growth exist within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Support daily living skills, independence, and participation in individualized goals and support plans.
• Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, social events, and meaningful experiences.
• Promote dignity, respect, person-centered care, and a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Specialist, you will:

• Ability to provide physical assistance and support when required
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
