Job summary

Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking compassionate Residential Specialists for locations in Granville, Huntingdon, Lewistown, McVeytown and Reedsville. This full-time role pays $17/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and DailyPay.

You will provide direct care in a residential setting, assist with personal care, support daily living skills, and help participants engage in community activities while upholding dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Support daily living skills, independence, and participation in individualized goals and support plans.
• Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, social events, and meaningful experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Specialist, you will:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

• Flexible scheduling based on program needs
• Weekend and holiday hours may be required

• Ability to provide physical assistance and support when required
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
