Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct support in residential settings for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and community participation, with a focus on safety and documentation.

DailyPay is available and training is provided. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling in multiple locations within the Pittsburgh area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings while promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, transportation, community participation, and achieving goals outlined in their ISP and BSP.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment while supporting compliance with agency policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including medication administration records, progress notes, goal tracking, incident reports, and other required records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, support teams, and community partners to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for the individuals supported.

What You'll Do
