Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct care in a residential setting for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes personal care, daily living support, and helping participants engage in community activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Support daily living skills, independence, and participation in individualized goals and support plans.
• Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, social events, and meaningful experiences.
• Promote dignity, respect, person-centered care, and a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.

What You'll Do

• Flexible scheduling based on program needs

• Ability to provide physical assistance and support when required
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
