Job summary

Silver Maple is seeking an experienced Special Projects - Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of shorter-duration residential projects in New Haven, VT, with occasional travel to project sites. This full-time role reports to the Director of Property Services and offers a salary range of $70,000–$95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing repair, maintenance, renovation, and capital-improvement work.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites, define scopes, and prepare estimates/proposals.
• Build schedules across multiple projects and coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Serve as primary client contact with proactive updates and expectation management.
• Manage budgets, changes, billing, and margins; approve scope changes before proceeding.
• Lead field teams and trade partners on quality, safety, and property protection in occupied homes.
• Manage warranty and corrective work for other divisions to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Keep Procore updated with scopes, schedules, budgets, photos, changes, and closeout records.
