Sunrun is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Sunrun Street Team, selling residential solar solutions and storage directly to homeowners. This is a direct-commission role with uncapped earnings, extensive training, and a clear path for career growth.

You will develop your territory, knock doors, follow up on referrals, and guide customers through financing and installation. Expect flexible schedules and the potential to earn six figures and beyond based on performance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Direct or commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory: Develop and manage sales in a residential area.
• Connect with homeowners: Knock doors, network, and follow up on referrals.
