Job summary

Zeo Energy, a residential solar and clean-energy leader in Allentown, PA, seeks experienced Solar Installers to support projects in and around Allentown. You will provide high-quality workmanship, uphold safety standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Roles offer per-watt compensation plus bonuses and reward efficiency and quality. We provide training for motivated candidates; residential solar experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on steep roofs with proper safety measures.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work safely in various weather conditions.
• Residential solar installations experience preferred, but can be taught with strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license required for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specifications and codes.
• Perform roof-mounted solar array installations, including racking and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roof and on interiors.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site per OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
