Job summary

Zeo Energy in Richmond, Virginia is seeking experienced and reliable Solar Installers to support residential solar projects in and around Richmond. You will perform roof-mounted installations, wiring, and document completions while upholding safety standards.

We offer piece-rate pay, quality and volume bonuses, and training for beginners. Prior residential solar experience is preferred; candidates with strong work ethic can learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential solar installations preferred.
• Valid driver's license required for leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential solar installations according to project specs and local codes.
• Perform roof-mounted solar array installations and module placement.
• Bend and install EMT conduit on roofs and interiors of homes.
• Submit installation photos and documentation to online portal.
• Maintain an orderly and safe job site adhering to OSHA and safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
