SolarShoppers in California is seeking a Residential Energy Consultant to guide homeowners on solar and battery storage solutions. This role involves conducting energy consultations, reviewing utility bills, and educating clients on solar economics. Successful candidates will have sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to develop client pipelines.

The compensation package includes a training pay of $500/week for the first four weeks, along with per-project commissions and bonuses for performance, offering realistic earnings of $80K-$120K in the first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or in-home setting.
• Strong listening, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities
