Job summary

SpartanX is seeking experienced Solar Electricians for residential solar installations and electrical operations across active markets. This hands-on field role requires ownership of work in the field, clean workmanship, safety, and adherence to NEC and local codes.

You will install, troubleshoot, and commission solar PV systems, read plans, and support installation crews onsite. The position offers a full-time, field-based schedule with opportunities for technical training, career advancement,

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience.
Strong understanding of residential electrical systems.
Experience installing conduit, wiring, breakers, disconnects, panels, and related electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, one-lines, and system documentation.
Solar PV experience strongly preferred.
Preferred: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

Install, wire, troubleshoot, and commission residential solar PV systems.
Perform electrical work for roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar installations.
Install conduit, wiring, disconnects, breakers, and related components.
Interpret electrical drawings, site plans, blueprints, one-lines, and system schematics.
Ensure work meets NEC standards, local codes, and SpartanX quality standards.
Troubleshoot system performance issues and inverter faults.
Maintain safety and project documentation.
